I have to be honest, make up and beauty are not strengths of mine. As much as I love wearing makeup I need a bit of extra help with techniques and buying new products on the market.
Meet Rachel, she will be doing guest blogs on Pretty Quirky showing different makeup techniques, how to blogs and will keep you updated on whats new in the world of makeup.
She is very creative and can create a multitude of looks. The pictures show a more dramatic look which was created around Halloween for a photo shoot. As you can see and i'm sure you will agree, she is very talented.
